Q.What are your showroom hours?
A.We do not have fixed showroom hours. To schedule an appointment, please Call 330-347-1077,or E-mail aktrentals@outlook.com
Q.What if I need a delivery outside normal business hours?
A.We will work with the customer to identify delivery and pick-up schedule. If day of event delivery and / or pick-up is required we will work to accommodate. Specified day of event delivery times will have an additional $150 fee provided we can accomodate.
Q.What type of parties and events do you provide rentals for?
A.Everything! Our tents,, concessions and outdoor games are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. Birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more are all a perfect fit.
Q.What is a reservation?
A.A reservation is our commitment to you that the items you requested will be available for you when you require them.
Q.What is the retainer?
A.A non-refundable, non-transferable retainer equal to 50% of the total reservation is due at the time the order is placed to reserve the items. This is your commitment to us.
Q.Does the tent rental have to be set up on grass?
A.Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
Q.What is your cancellation policy?
A.You are welcome to cancel any or all of your order at anytime, however the retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable, so you will lose the retainer on any items cancelled.
Q.When is the balance due?
A.The remainder of the balance can be paid anytime on, but must be paid 7 days prior to the event.
Q.How long is the rental period?
A.Our official policy is that items are to used for a single day's event, but we understand most events can't pickup, setup, and return in the same day. So instead, we allow for a 48 hour rental period, which accounts for one 24 hour "use" day, plus two 12 hour "transport" days. For example, if you pickup your rental item at noon on Tuesday (12 hours), use the items on Wednesday (24 hours), and return at noon on Thursday (12 hours). There are a few items that are quoted at a 24 hour "same-day" rate, most notably the inflatables.
